virus RANT!!!

I am VERY angry right now. I just received an email that says this (spaces added to the email addresses so spammer robots don't grab it):

Our antivirus software has detected a large ammount of viruses outgoing
from your email account, you may use our free anti-virus tool to clean up
your computer software.

For details see the attached file.

In order to read the attach you have to use the following password:
88726.

Do you BELIEVE this one actually has my website address at the end? I keep thinking of the newbies who frequent my website and trust my advice. If they receive this and think I'm actually telling them to open the attachment, they may just do it. I am SO angry about this. When will this virus madness stop? My email address has now been grabbed by so many spammers and virus worms that I'm pretty sure I will soon be blacklisted by half the ISPs in the world.

IF YOU RECEIVE ANY MAIL THAT LOOKS LIKE IT CAME FROM ME AND CONTAINS AN ATTACHMENT YOU WERE NOT EXPECTING, DO NOT OPEN IT!!
