Morning Coffee Ramblings

Finally, a day off. I feel like I work much more than I play lately. But, hey, gotta pay dem bills, eh? Today I have to go outside and use the leaf blower backwards (as a sucker instead of a blower) and clean these prickly balls off the lawn in preparation for Spring. Ahhhh....Spring....what a nice thought. Since I'm basically a barefoot kinda gal, I need to clean these balls off the lawn. How's that for an exciting day? And, today it's actually supposed to be NICE outside :-)

I was up late last nite, editing my ebooks and classes so they include all the new stuff in Office 2003. Finally they are all done.....until Microsoft decides to come out with a new edition, that is. What really kills me is all the new versions don't really add much...all they do is give you the same ol' stuff, but put it in new places. So, the instructions we teachers give you don't make sense any more. And, for this, Microsoft charges us a FORTUNE. Oh well, it keeps me in business I guess.

Well, time to go downstairs and get a second jug of coffee and hope my motivation to do something physical increases. All I really want to do is curl up on the couch with a good book...or better yet, a trashy book.

My question for the day.....Is blogging REALLY stupid or does this serve some purpose other than taking up space on my website? I guess that's up to me. I need to find something interesting to put here in my blog....stuff that people who stumble across it might actually want to read. I guess I should spend some time checking out other blogs to see what they include....but not today.....today I am a prickly ball sucker. Ain't life a hoot?
